    From residential glass repair, to new construction, commercial storefronts, The Glass Guys offer a wide array of products and services. It is our goal to take whatever project you bring to us or we pick up from you and repair it in a timely matter.

    Depending on suppliers, most of our repairs have a 2-7 business day fix and return rate. One of our goals when starting The Glass Guys company was to put your repairs on a high demand list, thus getting your broken windows back to the customer normally faster than anyone else in the industry. (note-some supplies could have a longer order completion time do to product shipment.)

The Glass Guys Ordering Policy

  1. All custom size tempered psc and special order items can NOT be canceled.
  2. We can not guarantee exact time deliveries, or times, for your product due to other outsourced items from other manufactures.
  3. A 50% deposit MUST be made to begin work. Remaining 50% balance due upon completion of work. NO installment payment options.

  4. We will do our best to meet timed appointments. Exact installations could fluctuate due to factors out of our control, (eg. traffic, weather or other unforseen issues.) The technician will keep customers informed if schedules shift.
  5. Please clear all access for project traffic and cover anything that needs protected.
  6. Due to insurance and other policies, technicians must always wear proper footwear due to working with glass.
